YThis company has entered "strong buy" territory. Shares are down 15% since the start of the year. It is oversold, attractively valued on a run-rate core FFO basis, and the yield has recently crossed the 6% level. Be greedy when others are fearful.
STAG Industrial, Inc. (STAG) has become a "strong buy" on the sell-off. The industrial real estate investment trust is oversold, in the bargain bin valuation-wise, and covers its dividend with recurring cash flow. I think the reaction in the stock market opens up an entry window for longer-term income investors with cash in the bank. An investment in STAG yields 6.1%.
