(NYSE: WELL), a Toledo, Ohio, real estate investment trust (REIT) that invests in health care infrastructure, is BofA’s preferred choice in the real estate sector. Welltower has been one of the top holdings of one of Carlson’s recommended funds, Cohen & Steers Realty Shares (CSRSX). Kingsport, Tennessee-based Eastman Chemical (NYSE: EMN), an independent global specialty materials company that produces a broad range of advanced materials, chemicals and fibers. CVS Health (NYSE: CVS), of Woonsocket, Rhode Island, is one of the largest health care companies in the United States, providing retail, mail and specialty pharmacy dispensing services and pharmacy benefits.
