When it comes to income investing, we prefer dividend stocks that have demonstrated long histories of being able to raise their dividends throughout all kinds of economic conditions. There are many ways to find stocks with great dividend longevity, but one of the easier ways is to simply start with the Dividend Aristocrats. This is a group of just 65 stocks that are S&P 500 components, and have raised their dividends for at least 25 consecutive years.

In this article, we’ll focus on the latter and highlight three Dividend Aristocrats that are currently yielding more than 4%. They are: Leggett & Platt (NYSE:LEG), AbbVie (NYSE:ABBV) and Chevron (NYSE:CVX).
