Looking for tax-advantaged dividend income? This investment yields 7.68% and pays steady monthly distributions. It's selling at a -7.3% discount to NAV, a much bigger discount than its 1,3, and 5-year average discounts. It has outperformed the market over the past month and quarter.
Like some of the other high yield income vehicles we've covered in our articles, Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (EVT) is a closed-end fund, CEF, which yields over 7%. EVT seeks to "provide a high level of after-tax total return consisting primarily of tax-advantaged dividend income and capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in dividend-paying common and preferred stocks.
