As we've noted in some of our recent articles, finding attractive dividend yields in the tech sector can be challenging. It pays steady monthly $0.10/share distributions - December, January and February payouts and dates already declared. It holds 44% Tech and 51% Life Sciences.
Horizon Technology Finance (HRZN) is a BDC which makes secured debt and venture lending investments to venture capital backed companies in the technology, life science, healthcare information and services, and clean tech industries.
