We wanted to take advantage of the latest addition to the Nasdaq Smart Portfolio’s Crowd Insights page, and find dividend stocks from only the best performing Nasdaq portfolios that are generating the highest return. This gave us a list the of three most popular dividend stocks for top portfolios, which on average have a divided yield of 1.19% across their whole portfolio. Now let’s take a closer look at the outlook for these three top dividend stocks...
New Residential Inv (NRZ): This is a big dividend stock and the number 1 choice for top-performing investors. AT&T Inc (T) brings in a dividend yield of 5.10%, which works out at an impressive $0.58. Verizon (VZ) has exactly the same dividend yield as T (5.10%).
