Portugal Telecom SGPS S.A. ADS (PT), Partner Communications Company Ltd. (PTNR), Frontier Communications (FTR), Telefonica S.A. ADS (TEF) and France Telecom ADS (FTE). Most of these stocks’ prices have fallen to new 52-week lows recently.
