For me the biggest asset is individual itself. The individual characteristics and thought process are assets that can be appreciating and/or depreciating. The vision and goals he/she sets out for (timeline), how he executes it (over a period of time), ability to see both sides of the coin (recognizing it’s not always good – again time!), and ability to adapt (function of time) are the tools. <BR
