Chris: I saw the announcement, but have not had a chance to look at it in depth. The pertinent questions are: 1. What cashflow can Embarq generate and 2. what synergies van be recognized by the combination. Obviously, you would need to understand the risks of failure. I am curious to your thoughts in regards to CTL and the announced merger with Embarq. I am assuming that it would change some of the analysis.
