Investors worried about the health of the U.S. economy have been looking overseas for capital growth. But you suggest looking outside the U.S. for dividends, too. In a previous Ask Matt, I showed you how to find stocks that are paying high dividends. But many of the websites that help you find stocks with high dividends don't let you limit your search to stocks of companies based outside the U.S.
But there's at least one online screening tool that can help you find what you're looking for: FinViz.com. This is a site dedicated to advanced screening.
